My sister and I both have Celiac and we went to PF Chang's for her 30th birthday. It was awesome to have such a robust meal and not have to worry about any of it. The staff was knowledgeable and it turned out that we actually knew the location manager from high school. They went out of their way to take care of us. I think they are now offering the mini shot glass GF desserts at the Westbury location.

P.F. Chang's in Westbury, Long Island might be closer than White Plains. You can take the LIRR right out there!

So glad you have a shared love of PF Chang's! It is so true - I base a great deal of my education curriculum off of PF Chang's model and staff training. They are so knowledge about everything and I never have anxiety about getting sick there. Awesome to know about the mini desserts at the Westbury location... and thanks so much about the info on Westbury being closer than White Plains! Cannot WAIT to go. My word, sometimes I do a little over-sharing...
