I'm at the Gluten-Free Cooking Expo & Vendor Fair in Chicago, IL and I'm sharing my favorite vendors from the fair.  I have learned about SO many amazing new products, especially smaller companies who need your help to get more exposure!

Loved talking with Rose and her family - especially her wonderful mother!  This woman makes wonderful, fluffy, tasty bread like you used to eat in your gluten past. And, my favorite part is that the majority of her products use organic ingredients! Way to go Rose!  p.s. she makes the only gluten-free pita bread on the market, why is she not in Whole Foods!!!???!!!  Make it happen!
