I've never seen your video blog before but it's really fun! And great post here...I always avoid salad bars but it's good to know it can be done if you're careful.

And I'm SO excited about participating in Adopt a Gluten Free Blogger. I'm sure it will be a blast! I'm going to visit my parents next week and am planning on getting them in on the project - it will make for an interesting video I'm sure!
