Hey Tinsley, thanks for addressing this issue, we are absolutely with your 'school of thought'!
Especially dish soap is a cleaning product where we are really cautious. That stuff comes into direct contact with your utensils, and that's why we use a gluten-free cleaner for all our purposes and have talked about this on our blog. We just want to be on the safe side, and the added benefit is that they also seem to contain far less toxins than your 'regular' cleaning supplies.
Glad to hear we're on the same page - it's hard for me to think about how much effort I put into staying gluten-free and then preparing my meals on a surface that was cleaned with a gluten containg cleaner! I'm glad to see Custom Choice Cereal is blogging about this too! We need to get the word out there! ;) Glad to hear you and the rest of the gang at Custom Choice Cereal are super careful too - not that I ever doubted it ;).
