This is a good indication that food manufacturers like Schar are really plugged into the Celiac network. I rely on blogs like yours for news on research, products, and just to get an overall sense that I'm not alone. thanks for posting.

Thank you for you comment - it is greatly appreciated. It is a wonderful feeling to know that people like you really benefit from blogs like mine - it make all the work and research very worth it! As far as Schar goes - what a company! They are so plugged in to not only nutritious uncontaminated gluten-free food, but their products are excellent. The team they have put together to run the US division is superb, and I can promise that we are going to see more great things come from them in the near future.
