Love your passion for Kombucha! I agree it makes me feel like a million bucks too. My only quibble is that Kombucha is really easy and safe to brew at home, so there's no need to be afraid! Mold is easy to spot and rare, plus once you make it for yourself you'll realize it makes you feel even better when it comes fresh from your kitchen!
