If they can solve the cross-contamination issue, this is great news. With the way flour flies, I know that will be difficult though.

Pizza - REAL pizza - is the thing I miss most. My pizza fantasy would be if Ray's Pizza (at 11th Street & 6th Ave) went gluten free.

Sigh.
