Thank you for this information about California Pizza Kitchen. Even though I had a feeling that the news of their supposed gluten free menu was phony, the arrogance of the corporate officers makes me angry - and this is the problem with that stupid fad gluten free stuff, it lets CEOs like this get away with their dishonesty.
If I believed their claims and ate their fake gluten free pizza, I would be sick for at least 2 weeks.
I don't see how they are any different than that guy who was prosecuted in North Carolina. They are knowingly making false claims that their products are gluten free. I don't think their 'disclaimer' protects them from prosecution should someone get sick.
