Loved talking with Rose and her family - especially her wonderful mother!  This woman makes wonderful, fluffy, tasty bread like you used to eat in your gluten past. And, my favorite part is that the majority of her products use organic ingredients! Way to go Rose!  p.s. she makes the only gluten-free pita bread on the market, why is she not in Whole Foods!!!???!!!  Make it happen!

We need their pretzels in Yankee Stadium!!!  Let your local sports arenas know about them and say that you MUST have AllerEnergy Pretzels there! They also have delish marshmellows and nutrition bars that taste great!

Janet was SO wonderful, and treated me to MANY gluten-free goodies! Seriosuly, this woman has a passion (as evident by the company name) and a talent for delicious baked goods and I loved getting to meet her.  Every detail, right down to the packaging was perfect! She get's my stamp of approval for sure!
